What if my item is damaged?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please let us know immediately. You can email support@proscitech.com.. with your order number and a picture of the damaged item. If the item may damaged in transit, please include a picture of the external packaging. 


In most cases, we can reship a replacement item immediatley. If it is a manufacturing fault, we may need a few days to confirm with the manufacturer what they would like done with the item, for example it may need to be returned.
