Procedure

  • To a few drops of heparinised or EDTA-treated blood, add an equal amount of Rhodinile Blue Stain. Swirl gently and let stand 2 minutes.
  • Prepare thin smears and air dry.
  • Smears can be examined as usual or can be mounted with a synthetic resin.
