How do I return an item?

Always ask prior to returning any goods 

If you decide the item purchased does not suit your requirements, please contact us to see if a return is possible. Most catalogue items can be returned without issue, however it is not possible to return some items, so please ask before purchase if you are unsure. 

A  15% re-stocking charge (minimum $15) will be levied on goods returned due to error on the part of the customer. We try to keep this charge minimal, however returns do have a cost to us.
